Dear Rory and Michael...

This one's for you :P
As I feel you're probably reading my blog right now and have it on the projector xD

So, Wednesday was my best friends birthday.
Very lovely small dinner at The Moon cafe (so great there, i love it) just her, our other best friend, her boyfriend and me.
Great laughs, and she has magical powers to stop rain!


On Thursday (the day of her actual birthday party)I helped out in the morning/early afternoon with the queer guilds bbq to help send people to QC in July, and it was awesome fun :)
We raised heaps of money, so that was absolutely excellent, and as usual, great company :D

Then, off home to get ready for the party! Good shower, then making Hedgehog Slice for the party (I did well for my first time I think)

I got there 40 minutes late, so I was feeling so stressed and guilty! When I got there, turns out I was the second guest to arrive O_o
Seems everyone was late... (for a very important date!)

We had a picnic, my bestie dressed in a lovely Alice costume :D
and met this wonderful, gorgeous girl (with a boyfriend, damn)
Then we watched the new Tim Burton version of Alice In Wonderland, and, although I love Burton, I had low expectations of the movie from what others have said.
Funnily enough? I really loved it, maybe because my expectations were low, but i loved it anyway.
That was a great night too :)

So today, just hung around the queer room for most of the day, arranged to meet friends earlier, then we had a QC meeting at another uni later.

Funny quote, as soon as we got there Rory just said to me "hey Venus, let's go and cruise hot uni girls"
Oh the fun of perving <3

the meeting was good, covered everything we needed to, so was more informed about QX :)

Trip back to the traino was awesome too xD Goofing around with Rory and Mikey, and having the bus driver ask me why they were laughing at her :p
man, she was crazy though.

Hung out at HQ with people after, that was really good too :) some quality time with some of my ladies (and a couple of the guys of course :P)
had awesome chocolate marshmallow cake, I didn't know such a thing existed!

Anyway, way too much rambling!
